Worksheet Size

I was sent a file with several worksheets. All of these files seem to take up space from A1 to IV7700. The data in all of these sheeets vaires, but none of it extends to these limits. How do I shrink each sheet down to the sizes that only contain data elements, for instance, A1..F500. These files are taking up too much sapce on the hard drive.
