Worksheet ribbon

I have a ribbon on a worksheet that only functions to hide and unhide hidden
columns. I do not know how this ribbon was inserted and I cannot find out
how to eliminate it. The other worksheets in the workbook do not have this
ribbon. Any help?

You have used grouping.
Select the range which grouped by the ribbon
Go to Data| Group and Outline, select ungroup.
This should solve the problem.
