Worksheet name - Color change?

How to change the color of Worksheet name i.e we can able
to change the name of sheet1,sheet2,sheet3 but i wan't to
change the color.

pl help

Worksheet Tab colour can be changed in Excel XP and 2003 only. The actual
text cannot be changed in any version
