How do I vertically or horizontally distribute?

I have 4 lines and I want to vertically type something to
the right of the information but in the centre. e.g.
100
100
100
100
I want type something between the second and third 100
I did it but can't remember how

Put your cursor on the 3rd 100, then using the menus
select INSERT, ROWS.

Are these 4 lines all in one cell separated by ALT + ENTERS?

If so, just hit F2 to enter edit mode then select where you want the text to
fit and enter it then ALT + ENTER.

If in four cells, you could right-click and Insert>Row.
