Worksheet activating

I am writing a program to activate each sheet in a workbook seperatel
and copy information into each of them from a main summary page.

The summary page has a list (which is the name of the individua
sheets).
I want to loop down that list, opening each sheet named on the list i
turn and paste information, from a table in the summary page, into th
sheet. There are over 70 sheets in the workbook!

I don't know where to start!!!!!
