Ihave a laptop 1year old and still have ot been able to
load the works suite 2002 that was suppose to be
installed in my laptop from gateway. I have had no help
from gateway other than runarounds and desperately need
dsome assstance. the unit has been sent back 4 separate
times since I purchased it becausing it would lock up it
would then have the hard drive reformatted causing me to
loose all info and be returned only to do the same thing
within 3-5 2weeks. please can someone help me I am
running win xp home eddition.
