Works in Word but not Outlook. Plz Help!

I have a button that reads..
RetVal = Shell("cmd.exe /k """"c:\program
files\netinst\niinst32.exe"",/Execute:{189BF48719-4BCA-4332-9C3E-F98UYTVBN6A86} /install""""")
It works fine in a Word .doc however when I cut and paste the entire doc
into Outlook 2003. It will not work. The "Links" I have on the document work
fine but the button does not. Any ideas why? Thanks in advance
