Working with time in formulas

I would like to know how to work with time in a formula, specifically I
would like to take the time (expressed in 24 hour format) in A1 add 1
hour 15 minutes to it then find the difference from the time in A2 and
display the answer in hours and minutes:

A1+1'15"-A2=hours/minutes
0500+1'15"-0748=1'13"

Here's one way:

=A2-(A1+75/1440)+(A1>A2)

Format the cell as [H]:mm

Also, in your example the correct answer is 1:33
