How can I copy files associated with offline web pages
that are stored on my hard drive?

I tried going to my "temporary internet files" folder, but
only a small portion of the files are listed, probably
just the ones cached by normal use.

I know that the files are on my disk because I can access
them through IE when I am offline, but I'm looking for an
easy way to copy the files to another location. I need to
know where they are located, and how to access them?

Offline Web Pages are located in the folllowing location

Drive\Windows\Offline Web Pages.

Drive is the where you have installed Windows.

Thanks, but I looked there and it is just the links to the
offline pages. If I try to open them, I just get the
pages in IE. I don't want to view them in IE, I really
wanna view their files in a Windows Explorer format.

I am looking for the actual storage location of the
files. I want to select all the pics from the page and
copy them without having to go through the tedious and
slow process of saving them individually through IE
