Workgroup templates - no setting for this in 2007?

I haven't been able to find any equivalent to the pre 2007 Workgroup
Templates facility/location - (not sure if that is the exact wording).

To get my templates loaded for my team do they need to copy them to their
own template location to have them available under File/New dialog?

Word 2007 still has the Workgroup folder function - Word Options > Advanced

File Locations (right at the bottom of the page) > Workgroup
