I can't brows workgroup from computer running WinXP. When I'm using names of
computers in my network (for example \\Compute_Name in explorer) everything
works ok, pings with computer names and IPs are ok, but when I won't to
display computers in my workgroup there is an error that I do not have
sufficient rights to use this resource and that network path could not be
found. I search through many web sites for solution and I have found non.

If you can access a networking computer but browser, this could be the
computer browser issue. You may want to use browstat.exe to troubleshoot it.
This search result may help.

The "Network path not found" aka Error 53 problem is frequently caused by an
inconsistent NetBT setting, or a personal firewall problem.

Did you apply your September 2007 updates? A recent change in Internet Explorer

We might look at logs from "browstat status", "ipconfig /all", "net config
server", and "net config workstation", from the problem computer and a couple
others, so we can diagnose the problem. Read this article, and linked articles,
and follow instructions precisely (download browstat!):
