Workbook page numbering

How do you get consecutive page numbers in a workbook with
multiple worksheets?
 
Group select them, then print: Click on the leftmost sheet and
shift-click on the rightmost.
 
Forgot to mention:

Make sure you ungroup the sheets once your printing is done - any
changes in a grouped sheet is made to all of the group.
