Workbook not opening

Hey guys

I have a 17MB workbook and it will not open. It just says
opening and my cpu is 99/100%. What do I do?
 
Come out of Excel and make sure there are no other
applications open. It sounds as though you are low on
virtual memory.

Then try opening the workbook again. If this does not
work, open excel and through the options make the sheet
calculate manually then open your workbook. this should
do it.
