Work Out Original Value From A Percentage

If I have a known value X and I know that it is 60% of another value Y
how do I work out what value Y was

Multiply the number by 100 and divide by the percentage.

For example, 60 is 60% of 100. If you multiply 60 by 100 and divide by
60[%] you get 100
