Work domain home workgroup file sharing.

I have two computers at home set up through wireless LAN and can see
each other and share files well including \\<computer name>\c$
\<directory name>.

Enter my work laptop. At work I log on to my corporate domain and do
my work. When I get home I connect to the same WLAN as my other two
computers except I authenticate against the "cached" corporate domain.
I can see my home computers but I am not able to share files unless, I
share individual directories and give full permissions to everyone
(not very comfortable considering the open world of WLAN).

Question:
If possible, how can I setup my home network so when I connect my work
laptop and authenticate using the corporate credentials I still be
able to view/copy/move files etc just like mentioned in first line?

Thanks.

From MVP Lanwench - You don't need to change to a workgroup just to
access resources on it. Once you've logged in using your domain account
(using cached credentials), and have an IP address on the home network,
you can map drives, use printers, etc., very easily - one way, in a
command line:

net use x: \\computername\sharename /user:computername\username <enter>
