Work around the security patch?

I've been sending automatic emails from access 2003 fro about a year now.
One of our tech guys just installed the latest outlook security patch and now
when i run the sendobject command from access i get a box asking me if I
really want to send this message when before access would just send it. Any
ideas how to disable this option?

It can't be disabled, except by the Exchange administrator. See
