Words squashed together when printing but not on screen

I have a document and it looks okay on screen but as soon as i print it out
it is squashing certain letters together so it is unreadable and doesnt look
very presentable does anyone know why or how i can stop this happening. Thanks

most likely, this is an issue between Word and your printer driver.
