I wrote an esay on history and finished. My laptop has no printer so I had to
copy it out onto paper in handwriting. When copying out I got halfway then
accidently pressed undo. Half the essay disappeared. I haven't got the book i
used to help me and I can't remember what I wrote!! Does anyone know what i
can do to get the writing back????
I used wordpad. I didn't save it before I pressed undo!!! I'm so stupid, i
should have saved it before I started copying out. Please Please PLEASE help
me!!!!

Do you have WordPad still running? If so, try pressing Control-Y. This is
the "redo" key, it reverses anything which you have undone (eg restores text
deleted by undo).

If Ctrl-Y doesn't work, or you have already closed the WordPad program, then
I regret your data has been lost forever. Save your work early, and save
often. And, buy a printer!!
