I'm looking for the icon to print a document. There is a Quick print
icon where you print one copy. You can click Print View and then
print any number of copies. Is that the only way to print multiple
copies or print specific pages.
Thank you
The Quick Print icon isn't on the ribbon, but you can add it to the Quick
Access Toolbar.
Go to Office button > Word Options > Customize. Set the category dropdown to
Commands Not in the Ribbon. Select the Quick Print icon and click the Add
button.
As an alternative, you can set the catgory dropdown to Office Menu, select
the Preview And Print icon, and add that. On the Quick Access Toolbar, if
you click the icon itself you get the Print dialog; if you click the arrow
to its right, you can choose Print, Quick Print, or Print Preview.
The Print dialog is the only place you can specify individual pages. It may
also be the only place to specify number of copies, although you might be
able to do that through Start > Settings > Printers & Faxes > select your
printer > Properties (that dialog depends on the installed printer driver).
