Word2007 forms

Welcome,
I have a question,
I use MS Office 2007,
I work with documents and often the same document is often repetitive text,
how to develop the fields, where one exchange of any other adjustment
contained in the document? I have about 40 phrases in a document repeated
many times.

Please help.
