I have an existing text from a previous letter sent. Now
every time I open word that same letter comes up. I have
tried deleting it, but each time I go to word there it is.
I try clicking on new but still that same text appears.
How can I get rid of it for good and open with a clean
slate when I go into word? Thank you, this is driving me
crazy!
