It is hard to think of a page in a Word Document like a stack of loose pages
where you can just remove the page you do not want from the center of the
stack. This is because of how Word inserts objects like page headers and page
footers, callouts, pictures, textboxes, and others, etc, etc. The best way I
have found which causes the least amount of formatting issues on complex
documents is to switch to Normal View so that you can see the body content as
well as the page breaks. Highlight the content you wish to remove and include
the page break below the content in question. Hit delete.
