Word wrap

I frequently add text to my spreadsheet, and use word
wrap to allow the cells to expand to fit. Most of the
time, this works well, but sporadically, the cells do not
expand and I get #####s instead. Is there a way
to "refresh" the sheet and force the cells to expand to
the new data?

You have lots of characters in those cells. Try formatting it as General
(instead of Text).
