Word wrap problem in reading pane

I recently had to reinstall Outlook. After doing so, now I cannot seem to get
my reading pane to wrap its text. I found where to set word wrapping for
emails you are composing, and that works fine, but where in the world do you
set the word wrap for the reading pane? I have looked and looked and just
can't find it anywhere :( All messages that come in, even ones that I send to
myself with hard returns are not wrapping.

Help!
