Word Viewer 2003 ?

Guest

Hello,

If an individual has an earlier version of Word installed on their system
(i.e. 97, 2000, 2002) and they install the Word Viewer for 2003, will they be
able to view my Word 2003 documents, but still be able to create and view
documents in their old version of Office?

Also, does the OCR-A font come with the Word 2003 viewer?

Thanks!!!

Any user who has Word 87, 2000, or 2002 installed should be able to view
open your Word 2003 document without needing the viewer.

Hi Brian,

The Word 2003 viewer does not appear to include any fonts.

The XML viewer that you referenced does not work with IE7 when viewing Wordml
files. Is there a fix? We rely on it for opening word docs over our intranet.

Hi J.B.,

There were two viewers referenced in the prior message related to XML. Just to be sure, are you referring to the WordML viewer or
the Word 2003 Viewer with limited XML support.
