Word v Access

How can I get Access to update changes I make to name and addresses in my
'Word' document mail merge. It works on my desktop computer and I cannot
remember how I got it to do it to do the same on my laptop.
 
you should just have MS Access handle the whole mail merge-- Have MS
Access handle all of the printign (using an Access report) and then
you won't need to hassle with this in the future.

You can use an Access form reference to output to bookmarks in a Word
document. There's an example of the code to do that here:
