Make a screen capture to a graphics file and set that file as the
background.
A fairly primitive screen capture can be done by pressing Alt+PrintScreen,
which puts a copy of the current program window on the clipboard; then start
MS Paint (from Start > Programs > Accessories) and paste into the empty box,
and save it as a jpg or gif file.
A much better idea is to get a screen capture/editor program. I recommend
SnagIt (www.techsmith.com); you can download a free trial version.
