The labels section would work for you - but you need to customize it so the
dimensions match what you want to use and then create a new page based on
this setup. Insert the fields for the information you want within each
cell; save it as a template so you can use it again.
I used to set this kind of thing up at work for various people. To test it,
I would put borders (lines) to display the cells and then I could match the
measurements up against the cards or label sheets I was using and could
tweak the measurements until it was perfect. Then I removed the borders and
saved the document as a template.
