Word Template "TAP for Channel Partner"

I have downloaded the Word Template "TAP for Channel Partners". The
docuement does not allow any changes. Under the Developer tab for Protect
Document it shows unrestricted access.

How do i unlock the template so i can make changes

Select Restrict Formatting and Editting. At the bottom of the pane that
opens on the right, select the Stop Protection button.
