Word Starts in safe mode when launched

Whenever I launch word I get an error stating that Word failed to start
correctly last time and will start in safe mode. I have ran the Detect and
Repair and this still has not solved the issue. The only other thing I can
think of is maybe a corrupted profile maybe? Has anyone seen this before???
