Word recognising employee names

Is there a setting somewhere, either in Outlook or in Word, which enables the
spelll checker to ignore names of my employees, if I have their name in my
address book?
 
No, you'll need to add them to your custom dictionary.
 
Thanks for confirmation. Dissappointing, though. Maybe this could be a
suugestion for a new development for next release.
