Word problem

Hi All,

One of my user is having problem with her MS Word. She could open any word
file by double-clicking it but when she tried to open it by going to
File->Open->Filename
MS Word application will freeze. If you close it it will say its not
responding.

I've tried to update, rename and copied new file of Normal.dot and the word
startup and the problem persist.

I'll appreciate any suggestions.

But still the problem persist.

Any other suggestions?

The only other suspect I can think of is the printer driver. Try
re-installing that.
