Word Pipe Question

Use the replace function to replace a space with a pipe character.

Select the paragraph where you want the | characters. On the Edit menu,
click Replace. In the Find what box, type a space. In the Replace with
box type | and then click Replace All. When Word asks if you also want
to search outside of the selection, click No.
