hello, I was hoping someone could help me in here, i'd greatly appreciate it.
I have a user running word 2003. Every so often, word opens with no text or
cursor, regardless of what doc is being opened. In print preview, there is
also nothing but white, but printing is always successful. To make matters
more complex, this issue occurs at random, but when it does it's all docs,
not a paticular one. She claims it's been happening (off and on) ever since
she received a certain doc from someone. I've never seen (in 6 years) a doc
cause a random issue with all of word before, it's weird. My trouble
shooting steps so far have been, renaming and replacing normal.dot, and
performing a detect and repair...perhaps i need to completely uninstall
office and re-install. Any info or reccommendations would be greatly
