Which margins?

One possible solution:
Look in your printer properties and make sure that the printer is printing
to the same size paper that your Word document uses. The printer may overide
the type of paper. So, if you work with a Letter-size document, but the
printer is printing out to A4 (Which is narrower), the margins will appear to
change...
 
In what way do the margins change? Does the document contain markup (tracked
changes or comments)?
