Word Mailmerge

Hi all

I managed to get a template in Word to read data from Access as a mail merge
document.

If this is the correct way to send letters to database held contacts, how
do I stop users of my mail merge document messing with the template? I have
tried locking it but that does not stop users messing with or deleting
fields.
 
Do you mean the users delete the fields within Access or the Word template?
