Word Mail Merge

Hi
In my excel datasource (list) I have branch Id (Column A), Media which is
basically Media 1, 2 or 3 (Column B), Publications (Column C) and Category
which is basically Category 1 or Category 2 (Column D)

Can I create a Word mailmerge based on the following?

Each outlet recieves 1 letter:

Dear _____
You are due to go into the following:

Media 1 Publication Category 1
Merge Lists one publocation

Media 1 Publication Category 2
Merge Lists one publocation

Media 2 Publication Category 1
Merge Lists one publocation

Media 2 Publication Category 2
Merge Lists one publocation

Media 3 Publication Category 1
Merge Lists one publocation

Media 3 Publication Category 2
Merge Lists one publocation



Hope I've been clear, if not I can include examples
