WORD:How do I make "Add to directory" activ. It is dimmed now

When I let WORD search for spellingerrows sometimes I have to add a new Word
into the directory. Anyhow I can´t do it for the reasom´n mentioned

Assuming you want Add to Dictionary, the usual reason for this being
unavailable is the the language of the user dictionary doesn't match the
language of the text. Custom.dic should be set to "All Languages." For more
