Hi,

I don't know i this has already been requested, but I have checked all the
posts and searched and still haven't heard anything luck..

Okay here goes....
I would like to have created a word document with forms that users can fill
in, which then fills in the blank spaces of another document within the
database.

Do you mean?

I would like to know how to create a document that captures data and stores
it in a database. (This can be either an acutal database, or some Word or
Office component that provides a database-like function).

Once stored, I would like to know how to create documents that access this
stored data and insert it in specific places in the new document.

You probably need to list specific examples of the kinds of data you want to
store and insert. You probably also need to specify whether the data should
be updated with the current values each time a document is opened.
