WORD FORMS HEEEEEELP!!

ok im VERY new @ this all .... what i have is a basic "form" that needs to be
filled out by hand by another employee @ my work but now he wants to be able
to just type the form out.... BUT because i have boxes everywhere etc etc in
the word doc, when he types EVERYTHING moves out of place and it takes
FOREVER to make it go semi back to normal!
Is there anyway i can "lock" what i have done to allow him to simply type
into the boxes he needs without moving everything?
PLZ HELP... :)
