Word Form

I created a thirteen page form in Word. The form was working perfectly. I
just added a table of content and my ref fields are not updating, Why?

I don't know why, but this appears to be by design in that a REF field
located before a TOC in a protected form will work as expected but one after
will not. What you can do is lock the TOC field with CTRL+F11 before
protecting the .doc then your REF fields will update with calculate on exit.
