Word form-cannot exit design mode...OptionButton213 cannot be crea

I keep getting this VB error about controls that cannot be created (varies
each time I open the form). The control does not exist on the form - probably
was deleted but it exists in the VB. I don't know how to remove it from the
VB code. This is Word 2003, please help. Thank you.

You may want to ask this question in a programming newsgroup, such as
microsoft.public.word.vba.general, instead.

I resolved it by re-creating the form. I know it is a VB question except I
did not create the VB that's behind the form. I thought someone would have
had this experience. Thank you.
