Word file conversion

Have many word processed files on 3.5 floppy prepared with older version of Word in Windows 95. Want to move those files into new Windows XT version of Word to eventually burn onto CD. Spread sheets move ok, but word pocessing does no

Simply copy the files from the floppy to hard drive, then open in Word. Do
not try to open from the floppy or they are likely to corrupt.
