Word error while responding to email

I am receiving a word error while I am responding to email from Outlook
2003(MOfficeProf2003). All of my settings are correct, I have run all
updates. It closes the reply window and saves the message in "Drafts".

How do I correct?

As you haven't posted details of the error you could try using Google to
search for that error message - put the EXACT words in your search. There
are usually many links to artciles, newsgroup posts etc when you Google an
error message.
