I'm using Office 2003. When I create an envelope, I wish to point to my
Contacts in Outlook to pull in the name and address. When I do this, I do not
get the company name in the envelope window. I need to manually type it in.

Is there a way for Word (or Outlook) to customize which fields are brought
into the envelope window?

Copy the following exactly and save it as an autotext entry called
AddressLayout (the curly brackets are not field boundaries but simply typed
from the keyboard)

{<PR_GIVEN_NAME> <PR_SURNAME>
}{<PR_COMPANY_NAME>
}{<PR_POSTAL_ADDRESS>}

The 'fields' that can be used here are listed at
