Word Documentation for Making Forms Accessible

I am looking for some good documentation on how to create accessible forms in
Word. The information I have come across has been on creating forms, but
there has been no good documentation I have found on how to make those forms
accessible to persons with vision and physical disabilities. Any help would
be great.

I checked this out. It didn't really help because all of the information on
the site deals with the internet. The forms I am trying to create won't be
on the internet. They will be accessed from the user's hard drive.
