Other than PRINT SCREEN, which will give you a poor quality?
It's much better, to convert the Word Document to a PDF.
From there you may save the PDF as TIF (providing of course that you have
the full version of Acrobat.)
Word has no facility to do this. You need to run the document through
software that will convert text to graphic - one of the more satisfactory
tools for this purpose is SnagIt, www.techsmith.com which adds a 'printer'
driver to the list of available printers and allows the production of jpgs
(and just about every other graphics format you can think of) - one for each
page of the document.
