Help: I hava a word document that has a picture. When I press print preview
or print the picture dose not appear it's blank.
 
You don't mention what version you are using.
For 2003 and prior, check in Tools, Options, View, Print and Web Layout
Options, check the Drawings box,; also Tools, Options, Print and check the
Drawing objects box.
In 2007 these direction may be different.

On the Print tab of Tools | Options, make sure you have "Drawing objects"
checked.
