Word document - help!

I'm using Word in windows vista and i'm in need of a bit of help.

i'm doing an essay and want to go onto a new page - but on the same document.

If you want to start a new page before the current page is filled up,
Insert > Break > Page.

Or Ctrl+Enter to insert a page break.
