Word Docs in Access Table

I have an Acces DB with a table containing MS Word Docs - as OLE Objects.
They open fine if I double click them in the table and I can display them in
a form or report.

WHAT I NEED TO DO is to export them all to a folder on my disk, preferably
using other fields in the table to name the docs.

Ideas - please, please help, I'm very tired now!
